Can my private label bottles include the USDA Organic seal?
Our Melina Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is USDA Certified Organic; however, each private label product must go through its own certification process to display the USDA Organic seal on its packaging. This certification is issued per brand and label—meaning we can’t transfer our certification to your private label for free.
If you’d like your private label to carry the USDA Organic seal, we can help facilitate the process through Americert International, our USDA-accredited certifying agency. The cost for certification typically ranges from $600–$1,200 annually, depending on your certifier’s fees and production volume.
What bottle and packaging options are available?
Our olive oil comes in 250ml, 500ml, 750ml, half gallon, and 1 gallon bottles, plus a 17 liter format for food service. You pick the size, cap style, and label design, and we handle the rest. Not sure which format fits your shelf price? Tell us your target and we’ll recommend one in your quote.
What order quantities do you accept?
Private label runs start at 100 bottles and go up to 10,000 per order. A smaller first run lets you test a label and a price point before committing to volume. Larger runs lower your per bottle cost. Put your quantity in the quote form and we’ll price the tiers side by side.
Do you help with label design?
Yes. Our designer works from your existing branding and logo, or builds a label from scratch if you don’t have one yet. You approve the artwork before anything gets printed. We also flag the required elements for US food labeling so your bottles stay compliant.
How long does private label production take?
Turnaround depends on your order size, bottle format, and how quickly you approve the label artwork. Send us your quantity and target launch date and we’ll confirm a production schedule with your quote.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide from our Clearwater, Florida warehouse. Standard orders move through FedEx and usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Larger private label runs ship by freight, and we confirm the schedule in your quote. Every order travels through climate controlled storage and refrigerated trucks.
