What is fig balsamic vinegar good for?
- Glaze! Put on top of roasted meat or add to the pan at the very end.
- Dressing! Perfect to be used on salads or veggies.
- A topping! Pour over roasted veggies and or reduce it on the stovetop to create a syrup and pour over cheese.
